Shipping Policy & Delivery
We ship quickly within the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping is free to the Netherlands and Belgium; for other EU countries, you will see a small fee at checkout.
Buddy beds Ships from our warehouse in Molenaarsgraaf. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days; we process weekend orders on Monday. The delivery times below are indications in business days, calculated from the next business day.

🇳🇱 Netherlands: average 1 to 3 working days
🇧🇪 Belgium: average 2 to 4 working days
🇪🇺 Other EU countries: average 2 to 7 working days
Please note: during busy periods, such as promotions or holidays, it may take slightly longer.
Split delivery
Are you ordering a basket and a separate cover? Then they may be delivered as separate packages, sometimes on different days. You will receive a separate track & trace link for each package. Is something still missing 2 working days after everything is marked as "delivered"? Send us a message and we will look into it.
Shipping & track & trace
We ship with DPD. As soon as your order (or part of it) is on its way, you will receive a track & trace link by email.
- A track & trace link sometimes only becomes active after DPD has scanned the package.
- Don't see an update yet? Then your order is usually just on its way.
- For split deliveries, you will receive multiple track & trace links.
International Shipping
We ship to countries within the European Union at the rates you see at checkout. For shipping outside the EU, import duties or taxes may apply; these are at your own expense.
Return Policy
30 nights trial sleep
Your dog can try the Buddy Bed for 30 nights. Is he not comfortable in it? Then return the bed and receive the full purchase price back. Returns are free: we pay for the return shipping. This trial period is separate from the statutory right of withdrawal.
This is how you register a return
- Go to us return portal
- Enter your order number without # (so 3103, not #3103) plus your email address or postal code
- Follow the steps in the portal; you will receive a return label immediately.
Does the portal not recognize your order number? Send us an email, and we will help you further with a return number.
This is how you pack the basket
- Make sure the basket is clean and hair-free.
- Place it upside down (anti-slip side up) and roll it up tightly from the short side, press the air out.
- Secure the roll with string or tape, but Never stick tape on the fabric
- Use the original box if you still have it; another sturdy box is also fine (write "Buddy Bed + size" on it). No garbage bags or soft bags.
- Do the basket and cover not fit together in one box? We will send you a second return label.
- Upload a photo of the packed package to the portal.
Refund
Upon receipt, we will check the return. If everything is in order, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via your original payment method (with Klarna, it may take a few days longer).
When a return can be refused
- The basket is dirty or full of hair.
- There is tape on the fabric
- The basket is damaged due to careless packing.
Exchange (size or color)
The fastest route: register your return in the portal and immediately order the correct item in the shop. As soon as your return is received, you will get the amount of the first order back.
